Residential buildings and houses were hit by Russian missiles in the city of Kharkiv, igniting fires and injuring two people, early Friday, according to local officials.
The strike resulted in over 1,000 square meters of damage. Firefighters faced challenges as they had to suspend their efforts on multiple occasions due to the looming danger of renewed assaults, seeking refuge in nearby shelters for safety.
