Italy EU funds too much for Sicily 30/05 17:43 CET

Billions of euros in European structural funds are proving more than Sicily can handle, and are being spent badly or fraudulently. MEPs have been sounding a wake-up call to start using the money wisely, as other regions move up the eligibility ladder.
