France Border Breakers Awards hail Europe’s musical debutants 29/01 17:27 CET

The 5th edition of music’s European Border Breakers Awards has been held in Cannes. Set up by the European Commission, the prizes go to those debut artists or bands who’ve sold the most albums within the EU, but outside their country’s borders.
